Absolutely the WORST!!! I called the night before and asked if i could request a cab to pick me up at 5:55 in the morning near Kalamazoo and 28th so that i could be dropped off to catch a bus at woodland mall at 6:20. not only did they not even show up until after 6:20 but when i called the guy actually screamed at me about how busy they are and everyone is calling and yelling cuz their cab was late. when i asked how many of those people called at 8 o clock the previous day for a pick up and than he started screaming at me about how i need to have patience. I have never written a review about a company before, but these guys are absolutely the worst cab company not just In Grand Rapids, but anywhere in the US i have been. What company lets an employee bad mouth and scream at a paying customer.

On Monday March 16th at or around 8 pm I took a cab from my home in North West Grand Rapids. The cab driver was rude from the start and after taking me to Chase bank on Leonard St I had him stop at subway across the street when I got back in the cab the driver shot me in the face and chest with a can of air freashner. My eyes are still burning as I write this and the company is taking his side and the police won't do any as its a he said I said situation. Word of advice avoid this company like a plague. Will never use them again and anywhere I can I will tell people about it.

I called this company a few minutes ago. I saw the reviews were poor but wow, the guy I talked to was extremely rude. I called and couldn't understand the person well so I asked him to repeat what he said. After that, he hung up on me. I couldn't even TRY the service. Horrible customer service, I'm sure their service is even worse. They will never see business from me. Edit: Yes Google, this counts as a review and it does in fact follow your policies.

Well, I am sitting here in a Bigby writing this review as I wait for my taxi. Now, you may wonder why I am writing the review before I have even gotten to use their service; let me explain this. I called Calder City Taxi to schedule a ride from Jenison to Aldi on 28th St. The operator asked me which Aldi I was speaking of, being that there is one on the SE and SW side of 28th. I told him that it was the SE location near the Target, Party City and Staples. He informed me that I was wrong, and that I was speaking of the SW address. I took his word for it. However, being curious, I double checked. I was right.... No bid deal, though! I figured that I would just let the driver know when he got here. I was told that I should expect a 30-45 minute wait for my driver. 30 minutes went by, and I get a call from my driver. He informs me that he has arrived in HUDSONVILLE and is waiting for me. I told him that I was at the Bigby in Jenison and he told me that the operator had told him I was in Hudsonville, and will now have to drive from there to get me. So, here I wait, another 45 minutes for my driver to arrive, and then proceed with the rest of this adventure. I will never use Calder City Taxi, and would have rather walked through the freezing temperature for 4 hours than to waste my money on this ridiculous excuse for a business. I am sorry that I did not take into account the horrible reviews that they have gotten. BE WARNED.

Cannot begin to explain the frustration I have so I am writing this while having to wait for another company to pick us up.. What gets to me I needed to get to the Children s ER If I worked there and someone called needing to go there I'd try to help them out alittle. I called at 5:55am NO one showed up for the next 45 mins So I called again at 6:45am She told me with an attitude I was second to be picked up (same lady I called to order the taxi) Mind you never once I gave her a attitude or was argumentative with her I was kind and even said thank you even though I've been waiting an hour with a sick child. . Then at 7:30am I called back to see where he was and she (same lady) had to ask another coworker If he had one down for my address he said no. I know they have caller id and I knew she knew who I was. Then Said I don't know when you will be picked up because there are no drivers in your area. So You'd think they would say to them selves she needs to take her child to the er maybe we should be so Kind to our PAYING customer since we had her waiting since 5:55 am we would prioritize her .Nope I just got an attitude and I had to beg another company to help me out.When I called back to cancel she just said Okay thank you and hung up.. I would ask to speak with a manager but at this point seeing the reviews on here there is clearly no training at all in this place and I bet he or she is just as rude.. rude disrespectful and I don't plan on calling this place again. Call metro cab or Grand rapids taxi At least they tried to get me to the ER faster when they heard where I needed to be.

Wowwww. This the worst. I would say worse, but it probably wouldn't get posted if I do. The drivers are fine. The should probably just give up in the game of life. Seriously, you're the worst. At least be semi-accurate with how long it'll be until my taxi arrives. Whatever, you're too dumb to figure it out, it's ok. PEOPLE, do yourself a favor and go to Metro Cab. On time and their cabs are from this century.

On February 24th - My daughter called Calder's to get a ride home from work. She had used Calder's a few weeks ago and found them friendly and they showed up within 1/2 hour of her call and so she decided to call them again. She left work and walked to a shopping center down the road to wait for the cab - but the store was closed. Calder's told her it would be half an hour. So she waited outside. An hour and 15 minutes later - still standing outside - she called them to ask when the cab would arrive. The woman was rude and told her it would be a few minutes. My daughter called me so I called Calder's to find out when the cab would arrive because she was really cold. They told me 3 minutes. 10 minutes later I called again - to be put on hold for 5 minutes then hung up on. I called back to be told the cab would be there any minute and was hung up on again. Her first call to the cab was at 4:15 - the cab didn't pick her up until 6:00.
