Making Progress...slow, but steady!

So I just finished a round of the 21 Day Fix. My transformation i not huge in terms of weight or inches lost, but I still made progress. I ended up losing just over 2 lbs. I lost 2 inches from my waist, hips and chest, and 1 inch from both thighs.

Although the numbers aren't big, and I still have more to lose to achieve my final goal, what I gained from doing the program was huge. I gained more confidence, my clothes are fitting better and I am more determined to reach my goals. I learned to track my food better, so that I would eat the foods my body really needed and I was able to see where I need to improve to reach my ultimate goal.

I stuck with the program, thanks to the support I had from my fellow coaches and the other people in the Challenge Group I was a part of. They kept me motivated and on track during the past few weeks.

The best part of it all, was that I was able to do it all from home or wherever I was, with my computer and/or phone. Meal planning & tracking, talking with my support team and accessing my workouts. I have always struggled with joining a gym, because I was never sure if I would get myself to the gym to use my membership. I would always have an excuse for not getting there, especially after having kids. I love variety and dance based workouts, and couldn't always get over to the classes that were offered. Now I can change up my workouts and do them whenever I decide throughout the day without having to go anywhere if I don't want to. I can even workout at the park while my kids play, if I so choose.

Looking forward to continuing on my fitness quest...and incorporating the new #CountryHeat program into it this month.
