 مركز الصيانة  مودرن موتورز من اسوء مراكز الصيانة و تضر بسمعة شركتكم العملاقة بسبب سوء الخدمة و اهمال الوكيل مودرن موتورز بمصر و التعامل مع العملاء في اكثر من موقف بلا مبالاة و اهمال .....
مشكلتي و شكواي التى اتمنى ان تحلوها لي هي لنني ذهبت  للممركز  لعمل الصيانة الدورية للعربة و هي صيانة( 55 الف كيلومتر) و انا من العملاء المواظبة على عمل الصيانة بالمركز منذ ان اشتريت العربة ، و بعد فحص العربة وهي  بالمناسبة كانت مازلت في  الضمان وقت عمل الصيانة اخبرني المهندس المشرف و اسمه (سيف) ان مساعد العربة  الامامي شمال به عطل و مشكلة و يجب ان يتم تغيير القطعة و ده نتيجة عيب صناعي فيه و تم التاكد من عدم وجود سوء استعمال و اخبرني  انه سيتم استبدالها على نفقة المركز لان العربة مازالت بالضمان و لكن المشكلة  ان قطعة الغيار غير متوفرة في الوقت الحالي بالمركز و انه سيتم حجز معاد اخر لي للحضور بعد اسبوع حتى تتوفر قطعة الغيار و استبدالها و تم الاتفاق على ذلك  ، و بعد اسبوع ذهبت الى المركز ففوجيئت بانهم يخبرونني بعدم توافر قطعة الغيار ،مما تسبب لي في ضياع وقتي و هذا اهمال من المركز  و اخبرني المهندس انه سيتم تحديد معاد اخر من خلال خدمة العملاء لتوفير قطعة الغيار و الحضور لاستبدال القطعة و بعد 4 ايام لم يتصل بي احد من المركز فقمت انا بالاتصال بخدمة العملاء و اخبروني ان قطعة الغيار سيتم احضارها من مركز اخر  فرع مدينة  الاسكندرية و تم تحديد موعد للحضور بعد اسبوع ، و بعد اسبوع ذهبت للمركز و كانت المفاجاة ان المهندس يخبرني ان العربة اصبحت خارج فترة الضمان و ان  قطعة الغيار سيتم استبدالها على نفقتي، فاخبرت المهندس ان العربة في يوم صيانة (55 الف كيلو متر) و اكتشاف مشكلة المساعد الاماكي شمال للعربة كانت في فترة الضمان و كان يجب تغييرها وقتها على نفقة  المركز و لكن لم تكن قطعة الغيار متوفرة بالمركز و هذا خطا المركز و ليس ذنبي انا و ان المركز هو من يجب ان يتحمل هذا التاخير و ضياع الوقت  و انتهاء فترة الضمان بسبب تاخر المركز مشذنبي و لكن رفض المهندس و مركز الصيانة باصلاح واسبدال قطعة الغيار ،و لم تحل المشكلة  حتى الان لمدة اكثر من 3 اسابيع .....
برجاء حل مشكلتي مع مركز صيانة مودرن موتورز مصر فرع القاهرة فرع جوزيف تيتو  لسوء معاملتهم معي و اهمالهم  ولا مبالاة المركز بالضرر الواقع على عملائها مما يسئ الى شركتكم العظيمة و الدعاية لها بسوء...............

Motor number: 786 232 Maintenance Modern Motors Centre of the worst service centers, and harm the reputation of the giant company because of poor service and neglect agent Modern Motors Egypt and dealing with customers in more than one position with indifference and neglect .....
My problem and my complaint that I hope that Thloha me is to Nenni went to centralized to do periodic maintenance of the vehicle and are maintenance (55,000 kilometers) and I'm from customers attendance maintenance work place since he bought the vehicle, and after examining the vehicle which incidentally was still in warranty time work maintenance told me the supervising engineer and named CIF Assistant Cart front north of its failure, the problem and should be changed widget and Ende as a result of industrial faultless and it was ascertained that there is no abuse and told me he would be replaced at the expense of the center, because the vehicle is still warranty but the problem is that the piece parts are not available at the present time, place and he will be booked hostile last me to attend a week after even available piece parts and replace them, and it was agreed on that, and a week later I went to the center Vfujiit they tell me not to the availability of piece parts, causing me the loss of my time, and this neglect from the center and told me the engineer that the audience will identify hostile last through customer service to provide the piece parts to replace the piece, and after four days Nobody has called me from the center I got up I contacted customer service and they told me that the piece parts will be brought of the last center of the city of Alexandria branch and was scheduled to attend a week later, and a week later I went to the center and the surprise was that the engineer tells me that the vehicle is out of warranty and that the piece parts will be replaced at my expense, I told the engineer that the vehicle on the day of maintenance (55 000 km) and the discovery of a problem assistant Alamaki north of the wagon was in the warranty period and had to be changed at the time at the expense of the center, but were not piece parts are available place and the center line and not my fault I am and that the center is who should bear this delay and loss time and the end of the warranty period due to the delay Mhznbe center, but refused to engineer and maintenance center reform and Aspdal piece parts, and does not solve the problem until now for more than three weeks .....
Please solve my problem with Modern Motors Maintenance Center Egypt Cairo branch Joseph Tito branch of mistreatment and neglect me and the indifference of the center actually harm their customers, which is abusive to the great company and have a bad publicity ...............

 I spend 305.000 DHS to buy new Nissan 2011 from agency and there offer on that time 5Y warranty unlimited , I still have the bill on my hand , I did my car service on service center and some time I do on the biggest company on our country because I don't have time to leave my car and my work also is too far from my home ....
 first problem on it I have gearbox broken , when I went there they say its not in warranty after that I wont to all head department of Nissan of that , from manager to another just to do my car and they do it because I bring all history of my car from the company which did my service and they see that I pay more just to see my car on good condition, after that my car heat more because problem on engine fan and I do the same ran from place to place travel from east to north just to get approve from Nissan .
 many problem on it from to if I fix one the other damage
 the service center is to expensive for fix any part and im not a have one or tow million to do fix any thing on my car in service center , the last thing what happen to my Nissan 2011 the paint of my car is swollen and come down , please tell me which type of car this I pay 305.000 cash because I like car or i pay for but me on bad condition or what , if you know I still have Nissan since 1984 with me and work , also in first month when I buy it 4 of my friends went to get Nissan which I say to them is good and easy life its 400HP its more economy its have 5Y WARRANTY UNLIMITED , after that all this happen to me and when I go to the center they say to me you need pay there is no warranty on your car .
 is that how to do in my car ? or in your customer ?
 that's what you thing just pay pay pay ???
 that's you say to customer its 5Y warranty unlimited and it is not real ?
 just you wont to sell your car ??
