Doing 45 second high intensity / low gear intervals with 2 minutes rest is HARD work - OMG my legs are still throbbing!!!

I was originally going to do 10 sets but maxed out my efforts at 5 before my lungs and legs exploded!!

I will go for 6 reps on Thursday then a 60 minute TT / muscular endurance workout on Saturday ... oh and in between get in some swim land drills and water drills and a couple of 7-10k runs for good measure... then a couple days rest and start all over again next Tuesday :-)

Gotta kick my ass before I can kick yours... LOL
