So through the years of living in Findlay, I always seen Gamer but never went in. I was looking for 2 specific Xbox-1 games that I knew they would have. I called they said they had them, and it was a little pricier for the 2 games, but I was okay with it since they are very rare. I walked into the store, and immediatley was disgusted. They floor is gross, looks to have never been cleaned. Entering the store further the games are displayed in a very sloppy manner, there are arcade games in a small section of the store which just looks rediculous. The store is very dark lit because it seems no one can change a light bulb. I finally made it to the desk where i selected my games and paid for them. I asked the owner of the store what there return policy was on pre-owned games, just in case one did not work. He said I had 7 days to return it...his exact words. Well I left, and sure enough one of the games did not work. It would not pass a certain loading screen. So I took the game back. They had no other copies of this game so I just wanted my money back. The sales person behind the counter informs me they only give store credit returns, no cash or credit returns. I was furious. The owner in no way told me this policy and seeing as I was back the same day and i just get store credit? I don't think so. They refused to refund my money, just kept talking about store credit. That store has nothing that appeals to me in anyway, i just looks like a half ass run establishment that no one takes care of. My advice is to not shop here. I know GameStop is a little more pricey, but you get what you pay for. I will never return to this place, and they will be hearing from my attourney, for not disclosing there return policy anywhere in the store, including receipts, and posting in the store. Here you shop at your own risk.
