First off, I want to assure you that Jared is a professional and would never intentionally make one of our guests feel uncomfortable. That said, I sincerely apologize if that's how his behavior the night of November 30 came off. We have never received complaints about his mannerisms prior to your account, so we hope you'll give us the opportunity to continue to show you a good time.
