First we would like to thank you for coming in, and taking the time to write a review. All feedback helps us improve what we do. Our job is to be hospitable and serve great food, and it sounds like we succeeded on one count and failed in the other. For this we are very sorry, and especially so since you brought a revered friend in to share the experience.
I'm glad the service and food were good, and I can assure you we will be looking in to the issue with the host. Again, sincere apologies and please pass our regrets on to your friend as well. We will do everything we can to improve. I do hope you will give us the opportunity to do so, and if you visit us again and let us know about your experience.
