This September, Western is taking steps towards becoming a campus free of plastic straws.

Our residences and many campus eateries will be offering non-plastic straw alternatives with the beginning of the new school year. They come in three different sizes and won't disintegrate even if you take as long as 18-24 hours to finish your beverage.

Nancy’s home was destroyed by Hurricane Maria. Now, she is rebuilding her home stronger than ever.
