The place is not bad and me and my friends had a good time there but when I checked my account a day after, they had over charged me. Including the tip my bill was 10$ short of what they charged me and that really pissed me off. If I didn't get good service I will not give a high tip, does not mean they can change it and charge me more. I have tried contacting them and having this fixed but no luck yet! MY ADVICE: if you, by some bad luck of yours, end up here, make sure you pay in cash and if not, do not keep your tab open.

What's the point of having a phone or email when you NEVER answer it?! Left my ID there and i've called and emailed multiple times to retrieve it. No answer... It's 2015 get with it.

Stingy for no reason. Overpriced watered down drinks. Kill yourself before coming here.

The music is odd but you can dance. A mix of hip hop and rap on a Saturday night. There's both an upstairs and a downstairs and it gets insanely hot downstairs, and insanely crowded in both. There were a ton of guys the night I went, so it got a little bit sketchy.

This review is for musicians and bands- Avoid playing here at all costs. Room sounds like shit, sound guy was tweaking on something, delayed sound check to finish a piece of pizza and was completely thrown off by the prospect of setting up a third mic. Dude couldn't figure out how to turn off the giant fan in front of the stage that was freezing everyone away from the front. They had no bass head and the "drum set" was a trash pile impressive even for shitty grime bars in nyc. The stands are literally held together with comical amounts of duct tape. We brought out 2 dozen people and didn't get paid a cent. Place clearly just exploits bands to bring out a few people before their club scene picks up around midnight. You're better off busking in the park.

Delicious drinks, but the music can be too loud for conversation.

Kinda cool, clubby vibe if you're in the mood for that. Bouncers can be disrespectful, and staff isn't really that pleasant. Definitely better places to spend your money in the area, but can be worth it at the right time.

We wanted to try a new place before heading to our regular place in LES. My friend suggested this place, so we decided to give it a try. We walked in close to midnight on Thursday evening, the bouncer was cool and with a smile he let us in. I did not expect this place to be so huge.It is a multi level bar/lounge which serves as a rock and roll venue and has an inspired lounge setting. Upstairs is a heart bar which is followed by a bi level lounge area. Downstairs have bands playing, though I didn't see one playing when we walked in. As compared to other bars in the vicinity this place was kind of dead with only few people here. The DJ though was playing some really nice music. Now to the reason why I gave this place two stars - The bartender looked somebody right from the movie set Pirates of the Caribbean with long hair and strange attire. I asked him for drinks and I was very loud and clear, even though he kept on making strange faces for two minutes that he did not understand my order. Finally he makes his way back to fetch our drinks and in a very fashionable way he pours the drinks. As soon as we were enjoying the drinks, the guy sitting next to us(in his late 40's or 50's) took the tip back which he had kept on the bar for bartender. That bartender saw that and he got little annoyed. In the beginning he was little disturbed and wasn't that hyper. But a moment after that he got very angry and took the drinks out of the hand of that man and threw his drinks away.He started abusing him like anything, the man though maintained his temper. Than all of a sudden that crazy bartender started saying get the F**K out of this bar. While all this drama was happening no one from the bar management came up to control it. This bartender then comes out of the bar and pushes and throws that poor guy out. All this drama left me with a very bitter feeling about this place. We finished our drinks and left for our usual spot couple of blocks away. Advice to management of this place, keep that crazy bartender out of this bar otherwise be prepared to have some bad affects of it on your business.
