Barcamp Kumasi 2015 is a free networking forum bringing people together for a day of discussion, demos and dialogue on Kumasi, Ghana and beyond. It takes place on October 10 at KNUST. The theme for this year is "Sustainable Entrepreneurial Practices". This Barcamp hopes to assemble stakeholders to network, build a supportive enterprising community and partner to build together.


The GhanaThink Foundation has successfully organized 47 BarCamps in Ghana. BarCamp Kumasi 2015 will focus on arming participants with information on sustainable entrepreneurial practices. This 6th Barcamp In Kumasi is continues to our network of changemakers, doers and entrepreneurs via the Barcamp Ghana program. 

As usual, we will have multiple user-generated breakout sessions about topics relevant to the Ashanti Region and beyond. Our speed mentoring session will help participants gain insights and answers to questions. Our confirmed mentors will be named soon.

Barcamp Cape Coast 2015 is a free networking forum bringing people together for a day of discussion, demos and dialogue on Cape Coast, Ghana and beyond. It will take place on September 12, 2015 at the University of Cape Coast. The theme for this year is Enhancing development  through Corporate and Personal Branding. This event will be the 4th BarCamp in Cape Coast as it builds a network of young change makers, doers and entrepreneurs in Ghana.
The GhanaThink Foundation has successfully organized 46 BarCamps in Ghana. Barcamp Cape Coast 2015 will focus on how Ghana's youth can brand themselve as well as their corporate image. Barcamp Cape Coast will showcase how Corporate and Personal Branding would enhance the total development of the youth. There will be a focus on channeling the present energies around social media into positive developments and progress for Cape Coast and surrounding areas as well. It will be an insightful, informational and inspirational event that young people in and around Cape Coast should not miss.

The Barcamp will feature multiple user-generated breakout sessions about business, social entrepreneurship, technology and development, alongside topics relevant to the Central Region and beyond. There will be a speed mentoringsession where mentors will give insights and answers to questions from attendees. Confirmed mentors will be announced soon.

Volunteering: The heart of community development. Volunteer around September 21- September 19-21.
 
National Volunteer Day, run by GhanaThink's Ghana Volunteer Program, is to encourage as many volunteer activities around September 21 which is Founder’s Day. We want to see more people in Ghana use the holiday to create, support and join volunteer activities. September 21 or Founder’s Day has been chosen as it's one that doesn’t have specific activities. 

How you can participate
Join a volunteer group or create one on your own.Gather the youth of your community or friends and think of a volunteering opportunity i.e.

BarCamp Kasoa 2015 is a free networking event to bring people together for a day of discussion, demos and dialogue about Kasoa, Ghana and beyond. This event would take place on July 25, 2015 at West End University College. The theme is 'Education that counts'. Barcamp Kasoa is organized primarily by the GhanaThink Foundation. 

This Barcamp event is part of the Barcamp Ghana program run by the GhanaThink Foundation, an NGO based both in Ghana and the USA. +GhanaThink Foundation has organized 45 BarCamps in Ghana, building a network of changemakers, doers and entrepreneurs.

There will be a speed mentoring session where mentors will give insights and answers to questions from attendees. As usual, mentors from diverse industries will be there to share insights on the theme. Confirmed resource personnel will be announced soon.

This Barcamp will focus on sharing and education on many ways of utilizing knowledge from educational institutions.  As usual, the Barcamp will feature multiple user-generated breakout sessions about topics
relevant to the Central Region, Kasoa and beyond. Emelia Agblevor a member of the BarCamp Kasoa team said, "I'm excited about this third BarCamp in Kasoa as the theme speaks directly to the educational crises the country is currently facing. It would be a great platform for serious brainstorming and generating great ideas towards making education count in the country”.

BarCamp Koforidua 2015 is a free networking event to bring people together for a day of discussion, demos and dialogue about Koforidua, Ghana and beyond. The event will happen at the Engineering School at All Nations University in Koforidua on September 26, 2015. The theme is "Practical Education for Successful Careers". Barcamp Koforidua is organized primarily by the GhanaThink Foundation, an NGO based both in Ghana and the USA, which has successfully organized 47 BarCamps in Ghana. 

Barcamp Koforidua 2015 is the 3rd of its kind and it aims at creating a platform for young people to share ideas on how to identify, clarify and convert opportunities into business ventures by learning to engage and leverage their passions. it also seeks to promote partnerships that are directed towards providing a support base for young entrepreneurs and innovators. We would also discuss how Koforidua and its surrounding areas can be positively affected by youth.

Barcamp Koforidua aims to assemble Koforidua stakeholders to network, build a supportive enterprising community and give birth to lasting professional partnerships. It will feature many young inspirational people based in and outside Koforidua. Confirmed mentors will be announced soon..

BarCamp Takoradi 2015 is a FREE networking forum to bring people together for a day of discussion, demos and dialogue about Takoradi, Ghana and beyond. The Theme for this year is "Developing through Entertainment and Entrepreneurship" BarCamp Takoradi 2015 will take place in 22nd August 2015 at the SSNIT Hall in Takoradi. It hopes to assemble Western Regional stakeholders to network, build a supportive entreprising community and partnership. Participants will learn from, share and network with each other.

The 4th  is as part of the  program run by the GhanaThink Foundation, an NGO based both in Ghana and the USA.+GhanaThink Foundation   has organized 43 BarCamps in Ghana in building a network of changemakers, doers and entrepreneurs. This Barcamp will connect and strengthen a community of motivated and aspirational people in the Twin-cities, ultimately benefiting the Western region and Ghana.
