Caught them during their lunch rush and was pressed for time. Luckily enough the service was quick and friendly, and the food was amazing. Looks like it would be a great venue to see some live music.

Great happy hour 4-7p.m. half price app menu and draft beer. Their menu has fun names for their food.

The server was nice. That was the only good thing I can say about this place. I couldn't get service, not even even from the manager. This was a few weeks ago, maybe a month ago. I went in to have some food and watch my friends play some music but the sound system was messed up and I left hungry. The parking lot was the first spot of annoying- drive in it and you'll see. The worst part was I waited to be sat, the lady manger (who was nice but didn't do her job) told me to seat myself. After 20 minutes no one ever came to offer to sell me food or drink. After some people asked me to join their table I saw they were given the wrong food, those dishes were replaced... again with the wrong food... and I still had no even received a menu. I went up to the manager and she said a server would bring me a menu. Keep in mind she was standing right by the item I asked for. 10 or 15 minutes pass and she walks by "You still don't have a menu?" No, I didn't and you could have just handed me one. But I chose to be polite. she STILL did not bring me a menu. Another 10 minutes and the waiter (who has too many tables and the manager doesn't seem to be helping) finally brings me a menu. Another 10 or 20 minutes go by and he finally asks if I'm ready to order. I was way too fed up with the popping of the sound system that sounded like gun fire and hurt my ears and the complete lack of service. I try to avoid leaving nasty reviews but the manager even noticed I didn't have a menu and did nothing to fix it, never brought me water, nothing.

Good lunch with quick service and great specialties. The parking situation can be difficult during lunch and evenings on the weekend.

I was going to send an e-mail but since they don't provide one, public I go. I am gluten intolerant. I generally, encounter very little I can eat on a menu but most places will do what they can to help. Patsy's just simply doesn't want your business. When I asked, our service went back to ask the cook and came back with, "only the cheese cake is gluten-free" I asked her if the corn tortillas were pre-packaged and as they were sent her back (hoping I would get to read the packaging) and she came back with, "the cook says they're not". I asked if the cook knows what gluten is and she said "yes because he has worked in the kitchen for 10 years" (Like that makes a difference, I had been cooking all my life and didn't know the difference until I had a problem.) So naturally, on the the salad menu and once again more guess work from the server, another trip to the cook and more inconsistent information later. I settled on a salad with whatever she claimed to be gluten free (my mistaken for ASSUMING she would give me the salad dressing that she assumed was gluten free). She then came back and asked if the bacon was okay. (Kind of a clue that even though she swore up and down the cook knew what gluten was that he probably had no clue) Was pretty much confirmed when my salad came out COVERED in dozens of tiny, crumbly croutons and NOT the salad dressing she told me was the ONLY gluten free dressing (though I am pretty sure it was fine as it was prepackaged ranch). I didn't find the croutons until I started mixing the dressing into the salad and the person who delivered our food and our server were long gone - not to return for quite some time. Even if they had been around and I always fear sending food back - especially after being such a pain. I picked them all off and when she finally did surface and I told her there was bread all over my salad she looked like a deer in headlights and simply apologized and walked away. Conclusion: we don't want your business. Confirm this is not a family-friendly environment by the complete lack of a changing table or any place that would be somewhat convenient (I had to scoop puddles of water off of their counter and squeeze my very long baby into a spot where she barely fit.) Never again.

This restaurant needs to be on your list of places to take people for the Austin experience. Everything from the menu to the decor to the attitude and music is authentically Austin. Burgers are the strong suit here, flavorful, good portions, reasonable prices. Wait staff is friendly and not pushy. A good South choice.
