Yes, it's been an excellent year for tomatoes and gardening in general. Unlike 2013 and 2014 where it was just too wet and cool up in the mountains, this year's hot sunny weather was much appreciated by the toms!
Nice welcome and great staff at this quiet little hotel up in the mountains above Cote d'Azur. If the hotel had air-conditioning it would've made our stay even more pleasant (it really gets hot in the afternoon when the sun shines into the front of the hotel). As for the food, all I can say is that if we had more of an appetite at dinner, we would've ordered a complete menu instead of just one main dish each. The food is FABULOUS!
