Millions of children around the world are trafficked or trapped in sexual exploitation with little hope for freedom. We bring freedom. We shine a light in the darkness.

People of DR: Tenille Nugent, General Manager - Destiny Rescue Australia

Ever since I can remember, I have had a deep desire to make a difference in this world. In 2011, after working for an accounting firm for over 7 ½ years, I felt led to resign and search for work within an organisation that is truly making a difference! Shortly after resigning I had the opportunity to interview with Destiny Rescue. Five years later, I have never looked back and feel continually privileged to work for such an amazing organisation that is on the forefront of impacting so many lives.

Since seeing firsthand the reality of what Destiny Rescue does, I’ve realised how fortunate I am to freely live out my life and purpose. It is because of this revelation that I am constantly driven to live my life in a way that contributes to seeing others brought into release and freedom.

I am so proud to work for Destiny Rescue and am honoured to work alongside likeminded staff and volunteers who are all so passionate in their commitment to see an end to child sexual exploitation.
