guys come and try to get me to switch from TWC. Fair enough I suppose. But when I ask about shady peering agreements and how terrible my years in IT have been when contacting FIOS customer service they all clam up.
"Ohh even if they throttle it, it has to be faster than your speeds now".
Wrong answer. Speak to me intelligently on the subject or don't bother. Guy didn't even know what a peering agreement was. Come on Verizon, step your damn game up. Couldn't even hit me with some corporate BS answer on the peering agreements. He had no idea what they were.
