My family and I enjoyed a lovely evening dinner next to the lake. It was beautiful and I do not know another place in the Brunswick area with such amazing scenery. It was really nice to watch kayaks and fishermen while having a glass of wine. I ordered the strawberry fields salad which was very good and the rest of the group enjoyed steak. We will probably go back for a Friday night evening when there is entertainment.

I had an event at this place which was fine. So I recommended a friend. I went to the event on 4/30/16. The manger that night was very rude, he shut down the party. Now we are all grown folks, who know that there is no smoking in a building, and at any club as of 2016. I felt the situation could have been handled better. Trying to reason with the manger was horrible. The food was was not good and under cooked. The fact that they was also setting up for another event. Brides please be aware those linens you think are clean nope they just finished one bridal party and move the same chairs with covers, right on to the next set up. So the question is was the club actually closed? Nope just our party had to leave. Lagos you lost another customer!

Unbelievable. I left feedback about their Xmas Eve Buffet on their Facebook page and they deleted my comment and banned me from their Facebook page. Their Xmas Eve Buffet was a disaster. Almost all of the food was ice cold and the turkey was so insanely overcooked it was unreal. Instead of saying sorry and offering a free meal or something they just kick me off their Facebook page. Nice service idiots.

We've been here several times and the food is usually good, although the service is far from adequate. But after eating the Easter buffet, we will not be back! We had a 4:30 reservation, food was cold and hard and the service was awful. We politely expressed our disappoint to a manager and he simply said, "I'm sorry but you were here late in the day." That confirmed my suspicions that the food we ate was sitting out all day. Glad I stayed away from the seafood.

I attended a birthday party at Lago in North Brunswick on Saturday night. I never been so disrespected by an owner. He started yelling about something he thought was happening. Without justification the owner decided to shut down the party and throw everyone out of the club. I was flabbergasted. He was very rude and acting irrational. It seemed he was annoyed and frustrated about another event he setting up during the birthday party. How tacky! I would suggest he does better event planning. I will NEVER go back to this place again.

Went there for Valentine's day early dinner. Everything was great. Had the prefix menu for $100 which included a bottle of sparkling wine, choice of app, entree, and dessert. For appetizers, we ordered scallops 3 scallops each flavored differently. The other app was mozzarella and tomato with basil salad. For main course, I ordered lamb chops cooked perfectly. My wife had cod which was delicious. For dessert we had the mango créeme brulee and a heart shaped chocolate mouse; both excellent. My wife was also presented with a rose at the start, and chocolate covered strawberries at the end of dinner, which was a nice touch. Another big touch was the violinist they had playing at the tables. It was one of the best Valentine's we had. Our server Shikina was great as well. She said she was new but she knew her job well.

Really enjoyed my experience at Lago. Had a nice dinner on a beautiful night overlooking the lake. The server Melissa was polite and responsive and the food was really delicious. I would certainly dine there again.
