Very good service, it is a small restaurant that was once Grover Cleveland's hunting cabin. Once you get to sit down service is good and burgers are outstanding . servers are all very nice.

Longtime Grovers fan but prices have gone up while food quality and service have gone down. Sorry to say but have to pass on this place from now on.

I've always had good food and service anytime I visited Grover's. Burgers are consistant in quality and flavor, as well as service being consistantly decent. I love how people find something they dont like and let it accellerate their negativity. Its a small place with a huge reputation... it gets very busy, sometimes cannot accomodate every single individuals wants and desires. That is to be expected and I understand that. Child Height chairs (isnt this a bar??), Birthday partys (did ya happen to notice the size of the building??), and like every restaurant on planet earth, they have real genuine human beings waitressing and preparing, so mistakes are a possibility just like anywhere else. Oh and the simple fact that the populartity of Grovers has sky rocketed since being on T.V. should clue people in on the idea that this place will be and usually is busy... so expect to wait to be seated. So..... 1.) Have a beer (or pop) and some conversation if you're waiting to be seated. 2.) Enjoy your big delicious tastey burger or whatever your heart may desire. Throw in more conversation. (Umm... I've honestly never had anything from Grover's that I didnt enjoy) 3.) Finish eating and then go home fat and happy. BTW... They Dont Take Credit Cards... so the other alternative to that is CASH! Hope this helps...

Excellent burgers. I got the black and blue burger and I'm glad I did. All of the burgers here are huge and have so much flavor. It's a small quaint place that was packed when we were there. The service was excellent and everyone seemed to love the place. All of the food that came out of the kitchen looked and smelled good. The only downside to the restaurant was that they don't take credit cards (which is surprising), but they had an ATM if you needed it. A definite must if you want a GREAT burger! I'll be back!!!

I love this place the food is wonderful and you definatly get what you pay for! It is a small bar and grill and worth the wait! I would recomend this place to hungry people I usually have to take half of it home or I share a burger and the hamburger soup with my husband. Umm making me hungry just writing this review. Just a heads up it is cash only and they are closed on Sundays which I like, allows employees time to celebrate the Sabbath, if they choose not many places do that anymore.

Heard about Grover's from my co-workers raving about it. Then my co-worker showed me the food network clip on her smart phone. I've been there twice since then and love it, the burgers are delicious! Like the guy said on the show.."the burgers are the size of man hole covers", so bring your appetite. The only con I can say about the place is that it's too small, but maybe that's why it tastes so good.....the anticipation. I understand that they want to keep the rustic look of Grover Cleveland's hunting lodge, but with it being so small, the wait times were at least 30-40 minutes each time I've went. But it was worth the wait, so I'll be returning for business.

I don't know why people live this place. The burgers are huge but no flavor, I have eaten here on more than one occasion and I know Guy Fieri was here but in my opinion you should season the meat and maybe add some type of peppers, onions or celery in the mix or even other types of meat to add flavor but again that is my opinion. My real problem with the place is the hostess/ wait staff is terrible and rude and because of that I will never step foot in this place again. We were having a birthday dinner for someone who loves it there and we had 9 people but the birthday girl and her significant other were on the way but about 5 minutes out and the waitress refused to seat us even though the only large enough table became available. We are all adults and we told her we would like to start with apps and drinks from the bar but she was still insistent that she would not seat us until they came. In the few short minutes she sat a party of 4 at the table and we ended having to wait until they finished eating and I would have left but the birthday girl loves thus place so we waited. NEVER again would I give them a dime for terrible food..... Go across the street to rock bottom and get a great burger. and it isn't just my opinion, they were voted best burger in Buffalo and they are nice there as well.
