My experience at Acura was wonderful. Josh was very helpful in creating a positive buying experience. He is very attentive and answered all my questions. Josh is very personable and friendly as well as everyone else I came into contact with at the dealership. I would definitely come back again!

Had a very pleasant experience here. Adam was the most knowledgable and friendly salesperson I've ever spoke too. Didn't make me feel like I was being taken advantage of and really cared about my business and customer experience

I had shopped around prior to going to Springfield Acura and couldn't find the MDX configured the way I had wanted or the prices I had been given so I stopped by Springfield Acura where I was greeted by Adam Link who was courteous and professional. I was pleasantly surprised by his knowledge on the MDX I was looking at. I asked Adam to install 4 factory accessories and thought it would take more than several days before I could pickup the new MDX. To my surprise, Adam called me that evening and told me that my MDX was ready to be picked up the next day. I would also like to extend my appreciation to their Service Manager, Don Schlosser for his involvement in getting my MDX ready so quickly. I would also like to thank Ron and Tony for making my car shopping experience a positive one.

Me and my husband came across the dealership on Rt 22 and decided to step in to browse around. We were greeted very kindly by a salesman, Andrei Borcan. Not currently looking to purchase but are considering our options. We are very intrigued by the '15 MDX tech pkg and even noticed they already have the '16 model available! It is a big step up for me because I do drive a Fiat but we are expecting a new born in the upcoming months! Andrei was very informative, it made me really excited to be an owner soon. My husband and I really enjoyed learning about its features, especially all of the safety and security features he explained. We look forward to coming back and speaking with him before the year ends! Our visit was most certainly a pleasant and not at all pressured one, thank you so much for your assistance Andrei and I CAN'T WAIT TO BE BACK!

Just Leased an MDX and was very surprised at how easy the entire process was (didn't haggle, told them what I wanted they gave me a price I said no do better and they did, that easy). I have never had a car salesman go above and beyond the way Adam Links has. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone interested in an Acura.

In my past 9 years of experience with buying or leasing cars, I haven't met anyone as friendly and patient as Richard Passananti. Guy is really piece of gem. I went to the dealership for buying a certified pre-owned car and Rich was great, he walked me through various PreOwned cars with their pros & cons, finally, we booked certified car but as I wanted certain accessories to be loaded on it so, left the car there itself for 3 days. Within 3 days, I changed my mind and went back for other options like buying and leasing (expecting rude reaction as we wasted their time last time as well) but to my surprise, Richard was as calm as he was the first time, he started from scratch again with me and finally, I bought new Acura MDX and he gave me decent deal as well. I loved the whole car buying experience and pretty satisfied with the dealership. Not sure, if all the sales agents are like him; but he was pretty knowledgeable about the features of Acura Cars & SUVs.

Dear Anthony, I just wanted to tell you what a pleasure it was working with you during our latest car buying experience with Samantha.
