What were some of your favorite moments this season?! http://ow.ly/Osu7Y
Golden State won its first N.B.A. championship since 1975 and denied LeBron James a title with Cleveland.

This summer, Slide the City will bring utter merriment to the streets of Oakland and San Francisco. A brightly colored vinyl waterslide will be open to Bay Area fun-lovers; but don’t be mistaken, this is not a slide-and-leave event.

Wow!! Ridiculously unnecessarily rude customer service!! My friend is visiting and wanted to take this tour... It seemed like kind of a rip off to me, but since I'm not a native of SF & live in the east bay, I figured that maybe they could show or tell us about some stuff that I didn't know. I asked about their shuttle times from downtown to the office, where for some unknown reason you're required to pick up for their Golden Gate Bridge tour. They said they only had 3 shuttles from downtown within the space of 30 minutes starting at 8 am... uh.. OK?? I thought that was pretty inconvenient given that the tour appeared to run all day... but I thought maybe I was mistaken about that, so I followed up to confirm that the tour did run all day... nothing cheeky in my message, just simply asking if those were also the only time the tour ran. Their response was "No those are the shuttle times, that's what you were asking about." ?? That patronizing attitude is totally uncalled for! Why would you treat perfectly polite customers like that right off the bat?? Also... (although I didn't even say this to their customer service) why the heck are there only 3 buses early in the morning for a tour that runs all day?? What's the point of running a tour bus that picks up 22-35 minutes from BART?? It's completely pointless and a rip off!! Their downtown tour is even a bigger rip-off. First of all, besides Chinatown, there is really nothing interesting to do downtown. Second of all, most of the stops are all in walking distance of each other, except for Fisherman's Warf, which is also boring, but also easily accessible by public transport! Rude customer service and pointless, rip off tours - do not sign up with these guys!!

We bought the full package--3 days plus Alcatraz. Our Alcatraz tour was so early that we had to incur extra cost to get to the pier. The buses were never on time. We spent far more time waiting for a bus than actually being on a tour. The office manager was rude and not helpful. Every time we asked where to be or what time to be somewhere, we got WRONG directions. It was horrible. We travel a lot and this is NOT something I would suggest for anyone. Use a different service.

We, so my parents and I, took the tour 18th and 19th of March 2015 and we decided for City Sightseeing San Francisco as it covered all places we planned to visit. Afterwards we found out that the evening/night tour is only once a day and at this time it's very cold on the bus. Also you have to make sure you don't need a bathroom while being on that special tour because if you need one there is only one option: leaving the bus without resuming the tour anymore. (-1) The other thing was that the accent of the tour guys is hard to understand if you are no native speaker, maybe also a technical issue as they blew into the microphone while talking and the loud speakers in the buses were bad because they cracked some time. (-1) Next thing was that the person that sold us the tickets must have realized it that my parents don't understand English at all but she sold us tickets, at least with a discount. But with no information on that we started our tour and as tour guide was talking we realized there is no audio for other languages on this bus so my parents only enjoyed the view. Some times I translated important things for them but as I had to do it during we were driving and the tour guide was speaking without any pause he shushed me immediately. For some reason understandable but then they should have told us before selling the ticket. (-1) Direct tour to the Muir Woods starts at 9:00 a.m. which is kind of early. During the day it happens that if you return from Muir Woods to Sausalito you have to wait for the next bus as you return late enough to see the other bus but don't get a seat. It was kind of weird too, that the ticket for three days was cheaper than the ticket for two days, so we took the three day ticket as it included more stuff we actually couldn't use. Some things were good though, so for example if you understood then they make jokes which are sometimes funny if it's not a thing only locals will get. Also they tried to motivate people and to interact with them and on day tours there are as few peoples on the bus so the tour guide also talks to you personally before going on tour. So I would say these guys are okay. Though, if you are not native speaker or if you are interested in things they are telling you then I don't recommend it that much as it was hard to understand/hard to get what they were saying through the speakers. Otherwise it was okay, but I guess I wouldn't do such a tour with that company. For that the pre-information/pricing was too confusing.

Ray (guide) & Greg (driver) were fabulous! ! Informative, funny, great driving. Good job two thumbs up guys. The bridge tour guide/driver was such a disappointment after ray and greg. And we waited at the bridge for over an hour to get picked back up. Stick with Ray and Greg downtown.

Not enough buses mean long waits for a bus to come along. Quality of guides vary. Lance - very gung ho in impressing his humor on the tourists. Tara - played some cool songs for the ride back into SF from Sausalito. Last guy with a Boston accent was a bit abrasive (using the F word - I'm okay with this but I'm sure families with children probably aren't).

We took our tour yesterday evening, Dec. 6. We are local SF people. The kids did not get any goody bags. I expected to see more holiday lights. Most of the time was spent on the bus trying to maneuver through commute traffic. Only saw Chinatown, the Financial District, Fairmont Hotel, Civic Center, but no Union Square, no Pacific Heights, no Marina district.
