Are you as excited as we are about the Golden State Warriors?!!

What were some of your favorite moments this season?! http://ow.ly/Osu7Y
Golden State won its first N.B.A. championship since 1975 and denied LeBron James a title with Cleveland.

Already looking forward to warmer weather. Look what's coming our way..

This summer, Slide the City will bring utter merriment to the streets of Oakland and San Francisco. A brightly colored vinyl waterslide will be open to Bay Area fun-lovers; but don’t be mistaken, this is not a slide-and-leave event.

We bought two day trip (Jan. 14 -15). On second morning, I called the office and asked the stop location close to my hotel. They told us the exact location. We went there. After waiting for 20 minutes, the bus arrived but the driver refused to stop at designated stop location, he didn't care we waved at him. We had to go to fisherman's wharf office. When I complained, the office supervisor (Ray) rudely asked me to leave the office. He finally refunded half of the fee and we didn't use the bus for that day. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.

This company is happy to oversell the tickets by a big margin. We specifically asked about capacity when buying tickets and they assured us that there are always spare seats. Lo and behold - when we tried to board the first bus, we were told there were no seats left. OK, had to wait for the next bus (30 min). That one got filled to capacity after 2 stops as well. Fast forward - 4:30 pm, we are trying to hop on the bus and it's full as well! We had a choice of either standing until someone hope off or waiting for another 30 min. We close standing on the bus and "enjoyed" the same story on each stop - people trying to board our bus only to be told to wait. Guides are also very uneven. The first guide was very knowledgeable and practically showered us with historical, architectural, and cultural information about every building or street corner. The other one preferred crude jokes about bodily functions and drugs. Overall, not recommended.

I have been on hop on hop off tours all over Europe, Australia and I found them a great way to get around whatever city you are in. I hopped on the Citysightseeing bus at Union Square near Macy's department store

Had a mixed experience. In-town tours were excellent. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and entertaining. The Golden Gate/Sausalito leg of the tour was a disaster. No buses for hours as we watched 5 of their competitors go by. The driver showed up 2 hours late then stopped for 15 minutes to take a smoke break. She was very rude to multiple passengers. She was yelling so loudly she attracted the attention of the police. Bear in mind I understand SF traffic, I understand delays. I'm simply very disappointed that they have no way to communicate delays when you call in asking for a bus. I'm disgusted by the way their driver was treating paying customers by yelling at them and telling them to call the office if they have a concern.

My husband and I enjoyed the tours given by City Sightseeing. Granted some of the tour guide individuals didn't give a lot of historical info about the city but Matt Moore an older gentlemen that did the "Night Tour" were very informative. I would recommend going for the 3 day pass if you want to see all points of interest in San Francisco. We did wait quite a bit for a tour bus to pick us up in one location pickup (hippie district).

We were not impressed by the tour services provided by city sightseeing. The bus was very infrequent and we had to wait very long, about 1 hour, for the C route bus at the Golden Gate vista point. The quality of commendation by the tour guide was not impressive and varied greatly depending on which one you got. In my opinion, only B route is recommended as it covers very long distance for Golden Gate Bridge and the west part of city, which is inaccessible for a tourist. "A" route is a waste of time since the downtown area is totally walkable. Sausalito, covered by C route, is a tourist trap--there is little to see and the restaurants there were very expensive.

I had a very pleasant experience touring with this company. We started the tour later in the day so didn't get off on any of the stops. Therefore, I can't say anything about the regularity of buses coming in at each stop but it gave a tour of most of the must-see places in San Francisco and the tour guide told us interesting stories about those places along the way. Great customer service too.

We had a good experience with the company. The worst point is the time you have to wait until obtaining your tickets in their office. In spite of this, the guides and drivers were nice and funny. We had a great time while in the bus. Specially nice was a guide who recommended us to go to Stincking Rose.
