Water park featuring high-speed slides, pools & private cabanas, plus a mile of lazy & rapid rivers.- Google
"Nice that you can bring in your own food and drinks."
"Too many trashy people and not enough staff is a bad combination!"

Loved going to this water park for it is close to us, but if they demo the verruct just because some kid undid his seatbelt then we won't ever go here again... It's ridiculous to demo it when you have to sign waivers and EVERY SINGLE PERSON riding the ride knows and understands that there are possible risks with doing anything extreme, just like the rip cord at worlds of fun or sky diving!! I say blame the parents for letting their 10 year old ride the ride without them there with him... I would never let my 10 year old ride an extreme ride like that without me..... Just crazy

Our Fifth year back with the family for our annual trip. Glad we got up early as the park packed up quick. Cabanas (not a necessity, but a nice to have) were sold out a week in advance. The kids loved it as usual it just got harder this year to enjoy it. park is getting crowded and in drastic need for an expansion. The good, coolers and picnic baskets abound. Food is available but having options is definitely a plus. After three years of anticipation I was able to get on Verruckt (The world's tallest water slide). If you want on you need to head there first and either get a reservation for later in the day or hop in the stand-by line. The bad: It's getting crowded and harder to enjoy amenities like in the early days without a 40 minute line. If you absolutely have to ride something do it early in the day or you will spend the rest of it waiting to get on. Prepaying for tickets doesn't save you time getting in the gate, you will still have to wait in line to transfer them to wrist bands. The Ugly: They need to invest into more amenities like space just to change in and out of swim gear. The men's room is not the best place to try and dress a screaming 3 year old at the end of the day. Overall If we venture down to KC next year you will probably find us there.

Had a blast at this waterpark. Was planning on spending only a couple of hours in the morning and ended up there all day enjoying all of their features multiple times!

I love this place I have a season pass. It has tube slides, mat slides, water coaster lazy river with waves, lazy river with rapids. It has kids area and swim up bar. You can bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks, drinks must be unopened.

A kid died on "The Worlds Tallest Waterslide of Death". Shame on Schlitterbahn, designers, & engineers for allowing such a dangerous ride to operate. People come for clean, safe, fun, but one family ended up leaving without their sweet little boy. RIP his soul.... Don't spend your money here!!

A fun filled day! We reserved a small cabana. LOVED IT! You have shaded table and chairs, a valuables safe, free locker in the cabana village, ice bucket and bottled water AND a staff member to take food/drink orders. Also they give you 2 Schlitterbahn Beach Towels. There is a entrance/exit to the water right there in the village which is really nice also.. Worth the extra charge!

My boyfriend, sister, her fiance, and I went to this park on Saturday July 30. We arrived at 10:00 AM and left at 3:30 PM. We rode only TWO rides. We waited in line for one ride for nearly an hour and the second ride for at least 30 minutes. We then got in line for the tall slide, which we stood in line for 3 hours and didn't get to ride it. This park is run so inefficiently. If you want to get your money's worth, go to any other water park but here. I was beyond disappointed with everything about this place.

If I would rate more than 5 stars, I WOULD!!! Their prices are a little high, but OH MY GOD is it fun there! In The torrent river, I would stand by the wave generator and go in the whirlpool it created. SO MUCH FUN!!!!!!!!
