The customer service representative for my area, Vanessa, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was yelling at me and arguing to make her point. She deliberately sent me straight to voice mail to shut me up and I guess win an argument I was not trying to have. I was just trying to resolve my billing issue. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated since this company has a monopoly for my area and I can not take my business elsewhere.
