Email Security Warning: We are seeing more and more advances in the types of viruses and scams enticing people to open an email that is a virus. Recently we've seen a resurgence of the old trick of "here's your invoice" in an email looking very professional, but when you open the document there's a message that says that it was created with a later version of office and a link to learn more - which is the trigger for the virus.
It looks very professional and real.
Please follow the golden rule: If you don't know who the email is from, do not open it. If your gut is telling you this doesn't feel right, it probably isn't. If there is any doubt on something, don't open it, consult with your IT Support Company to help you before you open a bomb that could bring down your whole network and business. BEWARE!

If you are in need of a better strategy to secure + manage your IT network, call us at 502-493-0811.

Be Safe,
