- LoodiesProject Manager, 2009 - 2013In this start-up staffed with 4 employees, specializing in innovative mobile content, my responsibilities were: • Manage the customer relationship,from production to billing • Oversee the entirety of HTM5 advertising campaigns (Visa, 100 jours pour Changer, Coca-Cola Entreprise, ...) • Design our clients' iOS / Android apps (Wall Street Institute, ORLM). I also designed and managed two SaaS: • YummyUsers.com : Analysis of user behavior on mobile apps. Mission: design, art direction, business model, product and operational marketing • Foxy-Mail.com : URL generator that enabled clients to communicate one URL that links to different content depending on the device accessing it (iPhone websites for iPhones, Android websites for Androids...). Mission : design and art direction.
- Orange ValléeMarketing Product Manager, 2008 - 2009RadioMee is a web, mobile and desktop app that provided users all over the world with thousands of radios and podcasts through an interactive interface. Leading a team of 12, I had the following responsibilities: • Product features (web, desktop, mobile and tablets apps) • Product launch (product marketing, web marketing, community management, budget) • Web and mobile development cross-team management (worked with software engineering companies, supervised development, ran test processes, signed off on deployment) • Operational budget management (1M€/Year). Launched in February 2010. After a year and a half: • 320 000 unique visitors every month on the web • 375 000 mobile app downloads • 1st radio aggregator on Android • Largest radio aggregator in France • Orange Régie monetized the service.
