Ive worked here for around 3 months and hated every minute of it. The "Boss" wasn't even there most of the time. The bosses father was running everything. He was rude, sexist, racist, and cheap. Food would fall on to the floor and he would pick it right back up and put it on the grill. He also would yell at us for keeping the water on too long when washing dishes. No one wears gloves and we would get yelled at by customers for their food taking to long while being delivered but that's because the boss was to cheap to hire more than one delivery driver. Everything was so dirty and nothing was ever clean. They would tell us to only "deep" clean when the health inspector was coming. There were bugs in the rice and in the kitchen. They also would always yell at us for stocking up onions and zucchini then yell at us even more for it running out. Again, this place is so awful and they cant run this place correctly. Oh, and did I mention that they went through around 12 employees in 4 months? Never work here and I advise you not to eat their food. I only put 1 star because I have to.

I ordered a steak and shrimp entree togo. When I got back to work to eat it I opened it to find 4 tiny shrimp, 5 little pieces of steak and maybe 10 slivers of veggies. Everything was smothered in grease from the grill. I called to let them know they had not been given me the proper portion and that I wanted it fixed. They put the cook on the phone who made the dish and she argued with me for 5 minutes telling me I was wrong and that is just how comes. I asked for the manager and she HUNG UP. I called back got the owner on the line who said he could give me some more veggies but the meat costs $5 a pound and he couldn't help me with that. I stated I wanted my money back and he refused. Jade Hibachi will screw you. Stay away!!!

Before going to my book club, I decided to pick up something quick too eat as I just got out from work. I ordered the Chicken Bowl with extra Yum-Yum sauce to take to my book club meeting. The ladies at the counter were very kind and sweet. I decided to share my Chicken Bowl with a dear friend ( I brought extra forks) of mine. He and I both agreed that the Yum-Yum sauce tasted HORIBBLE and the chicken was overcooked. The rice was mediocre. We both felt sick after eating one bite. He felt ill enough to leave the book club meeting early, luckily I was able to tough it out. I would not recommend anyone to eat here...if this isn't enough to deter you from eating here read the other 18 or so reviews. I really had high hopes for this restaurant but apparently I should have read the reviews before placing my order.

Im giving them a 2 out of 5 becuase they took a long time on delivery.. The food was amazng it was well cookedand seasoned to perfection. I just wish they where better on delivery time , they said 30 mins and i was waiting for 50! please next time deliver fatser i only live 10-15 mins from the shop to begin with. And when i called to ask whether my food was gonna be delievered anytime soon they where very rude about it Thats poor customer service next time i will pick it up. Delivery services sucks never again

I ordered food at about 7:30-7:40 and my food still isn't here and it's 8:36! What kind of business is that? Then I call and they say they had a lot of orders at one time and I asked her why they couldn't have let me know that and she says because they are short staffed and couldn't call many people! That is absolutely the worst excuse I've ever heard! NEVER order from these people because they are terrible at customer service! All I know is, the food better be top flight when I get it or these people will hear from me again!

I love their food, when I go there its always clean they are very polite chicken bowls are delicious. However delivery takes entirely too long will be going to pic my food up from now on

I just called and they said no chicken was available. Its lunch time and there's no chicken so they tried to get me to buy steak entree which is like 3 dollars more expensive and then hung up the phone. Great service

This place has some of the worst customer service I've ever seen, and I've seen some horrible service. They refuse to give refunds when my delivery order took two hours getting to me. I called about an hour after I had ordered and they said that it hadn't even started being prepared. Then after that it took another hour to deliver. I recommend NEVER ordering from here or going here. This place is the worst quality I've seen in a hibachi place, and they make horrible food.
