Great hair cut, free hair wash and a nice guy too. Doesn't get any better than that!

When I arrived the bus driver waited more than 15 minutes before departing... even though I was the only person on the bus, and only two people arrived afterward, both going to different terminals. I would expect they would know if anyone else was coming because they pre-book, but apparently not. Then we got stuck in traffic (which, I assume, the driver must have known about since he only drives one route all day) and took around 40 minutes to get to the terminal. In all, I was almost an hour later to the terminal than I had expected to be. Luckily I allowed plenty of time. On return, I found my car had not been cleaned as requested and I had to ask for a refund of the cleaning charge. It took almost 15 minutes to be seen and get this done. In all, I am still out of pocket because the refund did not include the VAT I had already been charged. I won't be using Purple Parking again. I found them slow and unreliable all round.
