On April 9 and 10, Roxbury High School implemented its bi-annual Every Fifteen Minutes program, an emotionally-powerful program that simulates what can happen when a student chooses to drink and drive. The program is based on the statistic that every fifteen minutes a teenage will be seriously injured or killed due to alcohol-related incident, according to National Traffic and Safety Association. More than 40 students will participate in this year's reenactment. As part of the program, students hear a mother's perspective. Video shot by RHS students Juan Osario and the editing was by Josh Rodriguez.
