LET ME MAKE THIS VERY CLEAR..........

10 - 12 repetitions is just a reference point NOT THE WORKOUT.

10 - 12 repetitions means find a weight that you fail at when lifting the weight. don't reach 10 - 12 repetitions and set the weight down, how is that challenging the muscle? its not so why does the muscle need to grow? IT DOESNT. THE MUSCLE THINKS WHAT YOU THINK WHEN YOU FINISH THE SET, EITHER OH THAT WAS EASY OR BLOODY HELL I FEEL SICK THAT WAS SO STRENIOUS!

SO WHAT 1 DO U THINK WILL MAKE THE MUSCLE GROW?

here's another reference point, I just finished my leg workout and the only muscle I got to finish was my quads as I was physically sick after just 3 sets with a reference point weight of 20 - 30 repetitions of squats. THE WEIGHT DOESNT MATTER WHAT MATTERS IS THE EFFORT YOU PUT INTO MOVING THE WEIGHT, IF YOU WANT TO SET THE WEIGHT DOWN AFTER SO MANY REPS YOU AINT GOING TO GROW, WHAT GROWS MUSCLE IS THE CHALLANGE, THE MUSCLE MUST BE CHALLENGED EACH TIME YOU GO TO THE GYM. KEEP GOING UNTIL YOU CANT GO NO MORE IS WERTE MUSCLE GROW IS AT

Ask yourself this question next time you workout,
Who is it that wants to succeed?
Who is it that wants to call it quits when it start to hurt and burn?
Who is it that is observing, who is it that is suggesting, and who is it that is deciding?
The mind is the device that holds the key to your success, if your not successful in your life its because your mind is unruly. People say the mind is rational but i believe its the opposite its irrational and i will prove it,
Think of something you would like to have in your life, then watch how the mind try's to make you believe why your could never have that which you admire. it literal destroys the thought through fear, and if you let it it will do the same with everything in your life. Become conscious of how the mind works and start to thrive in life
