My family an I all ordered our four meals, received drinks, and appetizers. When the time came to deliver the four meals, everyone's meal arrived except for my wife's meal. The waitress advised there were mix ups in the kitchen and it would be out. 20 minutes later my wife's meal arrived only to be packed in a to go container. The rib-eye was thin, and the taste was OK.... When receiving our check the waitress advised that she was sorry. NO COMPENSATION FOR THE ISSUE, and NO VISIT FROM THE MANAGER.... WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN...

I ordered the Fajita Trio as part of my carry out order tonight, however when I got home I discovered that they forgot one of my meats. I asked for steak, shrimp and chicken (there was no chicken and only 4 tiny strips of steak). I also asked for no sour cream and cheddar cheese on the side, instead I wanted extra pico de gailo. In return, I received NO pico but I did receive EXTRA cheese and sour cream. How do you confuse those? This also is not the first time they have messed up and third time is a charm, I will not be returning. Thanks for putting a small damper on Valentine's Day dinner.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Started off our lovely dining experience by not being offered the daily special ( which happened to be a full slab of ribs for $12..pretty good deal). Therefore ending up having to flag our server down to change my husbands order..when our order came out everything seemed decent..until about 5 bites into my santa fe salad i discovered a monstrous thick, long black hair gracefully placed throughout my lunch. DISGUSTING!!! The waiter politely apologized and took my dish away. Shortly after the manager came to our table, again apologizing and explaining that they "spend a lot of money" ensuring things like this do not happen...well evidently they do. The manager assured us there would be compensation. When we received our bill, we found that the only mere compensation they were able to provide us was to cover the cost of my very, hairy salad. We still had to pay for both of our soft drinks and my husbands ribs. I very much wanted to speak with the manager again, as this was certainly not appropriate per our experience; however, at that point we both just wanted to leave..needless to say we WILL NOT be coming here ever again..EXTREMELYpoor management and service..

I had repeated bad carryout experiences in the past. However, it seems that they have made some changes and I have been getting fresh food promptly.

About a month ago I went here with my sister and nephew and although our service was pretty good (she was friendly and overall attentive), my "medium-well" steak was practically burnt. I've been to the Chili's in Springfield and it was definitely not the same quality of food served. I almost went back last week but remembering how our food was the previous time, and noting that there are never any cars in the parking lot, we decided to go to Cheddar's instead and the food there was much better.

My Fiance and I went to Chili's for dinner and I felt like we were very rushed (even though nobody was there) our check came within a few minutes of getting our meals. We chose to ignore it but waited for our server to come back to refill our drinks which she never did. I was very upset and the food was overcooked and dry. I tried to ask for a manager but nobody went to get them for us and we waited longer for a manager then for our check. I was extremely disappointed.
