Definitely a very unique experience. The meat is fatty and flavorful, slightly livery but absolutely delicious. Onions permeate the meat adding an explosion of flavor with each bite. The restaurant is very small, you will likely be touching elbows with your neighbors in line. A great way to make friends if you ask me. Be wary of who's in front of you and behind you in line because the line moves in with the chef asking who's next.

i have lived in hackensack for years now i go here sometimes the burgers are great but the customer service is horrible the lady who was cooking my burgers had a very unprofessional tone of voice when she talked and she would cut me off when i was not done . Besides that its great , but she made them look really bad she needs to be fired . She even disciplined a worker in front of everyone , so happy she could cook the burgers right . thank god

Not all that!! unseasoned beef, not only can you tell by taste but watching her break off the meat from a chub in a cooler to her left. Fair burger for a fair price. Have you ever heard Guy from Triple D. say the food is just OK?

After seeing a program about White Manna having the “best sliders” in NJ, I thought it would be nice to take the family there for a Sunday meal. It took us an hour of driving and we arrived at 5:35pm. The restaurant’s hours are listed as open until 6pm on Sunday. As we approached, clouds of meat smoke billowed from the chimney and the restaurant and parking lot were full of burger chomping people. We walked up to the front door to enter and were surprised to find it locked. We knocked and were ignored. We knocked again and someone inside waved a “Sorry we’re closed” sign at us through the window. We tried explaining that we had just driven an hour specifically to try their “legendary” food and received little more than a disinterested shrug in return. Despite it being nearly half an hour before their advertised closing and peak dinner time we were turned away. In the end, we left disappointed and went elsewhere for dinner. Needless to say, White Manna will not be getting our business and, if our experience is any indication of how they treat their customers, I suggest you don’t give them yours either.

Old school place. So good. Good price. Plz be patient and know what to order. Don't be fooled by his head down. He hears you and knows your order. It gets crowded but hey its good burgers at good price. Don't expect a ritzy big rich place with over-seasoned burgers. Its a humble hole in the wall. Yum!

I would always come in later Saturday, Friday nights after getting out of work. It was more of the let me grab a bite food and it has always been rewarding. I enjoy stopping by sitting down and watching my burgers cook. Yes I have been to the Jersey City location (different owners now) and this one hands down wins.
