Very stylish decor, rooms are fairly well-appointed, and the grounds are lovely. Feels very private and quiet. Rooms are a little run-down, however, and the bathrooms are poorly lit and could use a big renovation beyond just superficial cosmetic upgrades. There's a nice pool for families but no hot tub that kids can use. Very nice service from the staff. Room service and poolside food delivery were very fast. Food was good.

I would like to file a formal complaint in regards to my stay at the Viceroy Hotel in Palm Springs in room 327. To put it simply the room was horrible. I will never stay at one of their hotels again. The room was 12x12 moldy smelling box and had a disgustingly filthy bathroom floor. The carpet in the room was rotting and the furniture had rips and tattered. I complained twice to the front desk the first day after I went in the room. I was assured that the manager would take care of the issue the next day. I was told the hotel was completely booked so no accommodations could be made that day. The room was so moldy smelling I had to leave open an unscreened window. Unfortunately, the hotel had a birthday party going on the lawn outside my room complete with a band approximately 15 feet from the window. The Band stopped shortly after 10pm however the clean up lasted until past midnight. When I complained the next day the manager comped me a breakfast and assured me he would take care of the issue. My room was never changed and I had no choice but to stay in the moldy disgusting room again. I had a headache from staying in the room for almost a week. I do not feel your site should recommend this hotel to any of your customers in the future do to the shabby treatment I endured.

Not a good viceroy. Desperately needs an upgrade. Rooms are like a faded motel. Service and food was good.

Viceroy PS! My fav boutique hotel in PS. My stay was perfect! I have been here for birthdays, weddings and dinner by the pool and have never been disappointed. The spa is first class as well. From the minute valet takes your car you will be treated like a king.

This hotel has a magical essence. The grounds are impeccable, beautifully manicured and most importantly quaint. The people are wonderful, amazing and treat everybody so fabulous. We had our wedding here and they absolutely went out of their way to make it as special as possible. The chef is amazing (and we are foodies), the rooms are so comfortable and the spa is incredible. This resort, property and people who work here are out of this world. We couldn't thing of a better place to have a wedding.
