MrTurbolence9, Thank you for your recent review. I am so sorry that your experience wasn't the best. I understand that you may be frustrated with your experience here at Hampden Heights. I do apologize for any miscommunication. I am sad to hear that you were declined. During the application process we do go over our qualification guidelines with everyone who applies with our community. Part of those qualification guidelines are having 84 months of establish credit, credit score of 500 and above, no evictions, no money owed to a landlords, no collections as well as a full background check. Which the credit check verification is part of our rental verification as well. I am glad that you were able to stay at your current residence, maybe in the future we can re-earn your business.
