You're constantly moving for work and for play, and your feet are probably swollen by the end of the day. Relieve the swelling by soaking your feet, alternating between hot water for 3 minutes, then cold for 1 minute, back and forth for 15 minutes total.

It's officially summer so you know what that means...time to visit the beach! To keep your legs looking great while in a bathing suit (or whenever), elevate your feet when you're resting or relaxing. This improves circulation and reduces your chance of getting unsightly veins.

If you use an anti-aging cream on your face, be cautious to not overdo it on your under eye area. The skin is thinner, so it's more prone to irritation if you use too much.
