I've released Jato 0.3. It took longer than I hoped for to get it out of the door but I'm fairly happy how it turned out.

To point out some highlights:

- Performance improvements across the board. Jato is leaving
JamVM behind and approaching CACAO. We're definitely not
anywhere near where I'd like us to be but it's still a decent
improvement.

- The JIT compiler now supports SSA form and does simple
SSA-based code optimizations. It's a major body of work and
needs more work to sort out some code generation issues.

- x86-64 support is much better now and work on ARM and PPC
ports has started.
