Rob, if you're interested in this HHO stuff check out patent #951,479 by James M. Lively. What his engine does is cause water cavitation without having to go through all the garbage of separating hydrogen for combustion. Water is pumped in, steam comes out. The torque and horsepower is insane. A gentleman by the name Maurice Lively showed me a small engine connected to his water spigot back in 1982 in Wabash Indiana. THIS is THE 'water engine' everyone's crying for.
