Looking for a small agency or freelancer who can do some quick #webdesign and #webdevelopment -- relatively simple #wordpress theme with a few customizations. Must be nimble -- design/development need to happen fast! Please pass along any recommendations!

Some are calling this a scathing review -- hell, just look at the headline -- and at times it can be. To most of the negative points raised, I take exception. After all, this is a burger that not more than a week or two ago I proclaimed to possibly be my favorite in the world. BUT... how bad can a review be if it ends with this: "It was almost enough to make me stand in line again right then and there, and my name isn’t even Tony."

Yes, this guy is correct in that social is becoming a bigger and bigger part of the "search" ecosystem. But... his remarks make you wonder: Has he looked at Google's SERPs recently? They're FULL of social.

Short and sweet summation of Panda: "It changed the definition of 'good content' from relevant, well linked content to relevant, well linked, sticky content."

Oh man, I'd really love to know what this "method of link analysis" is:

Link evaluation. We often use characteristics of links to help us figure out the topic of a linked page. We have changed the way in which we evaluate links; in particular, we are turning off a method of link analysis that we used for several years. We often rearchitect or turn off parts of our scoring in order to keep our system maintainable, clean and understandable.

Even if most people have no idea what the hell to do with it right now, Google+ is going to continue to grow in prominence and soon enough you will want to have a control on your profile. We all know that information about ourselves already has and will continue to find its way onto the Internet. Shouldn't we try our best to dictate that dissemination?

I desperately want to trial a search retargeting campaign. Now just need to find a client willing to take the dive! Anyone?
