My family and I ate here for 9 years. Before, the manager (don't know his name) was fantastic. He always served us with a smile on his and also on the ice cream. I assume he does something else now and was replace. Now.... I ate here today after leaving Georgia for a while, expecting of course, good service and food... MY EXPERIENCE: I walk in and a man told me to sit down anywhere. I sit there waiting for a menu.... After 10 minutes the man that greeted me notice I didn't have one. He came to my table with a menu and a half filled water. I pick of course, spring rolls and pho. Spring rolls came at a fair amount of time but the condition of them were disappointing. The vegetables and meat are suppose to be packed tightly in the wrap... Super loose, couldn't take a bite without everything falling out. I didn't mind it that much but when the Pho came the physical appearance looked good! Big bowl, lot of meat and noodles then I took my first bite, I could judge it negatively 1000 different ways. The noodles were stuck together, they were hard, and no flavor what so every. The soup taste like water!! Tried to rinse out my mouth but no one came to refill my water the whole time I was there. They just place a check in front of me... No, "how was the food", "do you need more water", and "would you like some ice cream (they usually do have ice cream but not this time). So now, my family and I will never come here again. New Saigon is considered "trash" to me now

Great food and even better service. Their portion size of the pho dish is ridiculously huge. Received a free ice cream for dessert without asking. My go to pho place from now on.

The bowls of pho are huge and come with lots of fresh toppings, like bean sprouts, jalapeno slices, and cilantro. They offer a wide variety of flavors of boba slushie, as well as many types of appetizers. Ice cream or flan is free with your meal. Best of all, the staff is extremely friendly and thoughtful.

Great place! Food was delicious! I'm out of town and will make every effort to stop there again! Pho was one of the best I've tasted! Everything is fresh! Service was nice too

Awesome service. Best Thai tea in the area. Basil Shrimp rolls were spot on with large shrimp and plenty of basil. Generous portion sizes at a reasonable price. The best.

If you want Korean chef and service for a Vietnamese cuisine...then this is the place. Pho was bland. Lots of anise to give aroma but a true Vietnamese Pho eater will distinguish the lack of beef broth. Missing herbal ingredients. Missing meatballs. Service was good

The noodles there were really good. Also, the staff was extremely friendly and warm. The bowls of pho were large and the prices were good.
