What do I need to know about classical and keynsian thoughts for the exam?

*CLASSICAL: Self-correcting economy in the LONG RUN, flexible prices and wages, SHORT-RUN AGGREGATE SUPPLY will shift toward the full-employment level of output (where LRAS & AD intersect), more savings = more investment.

*KEYNESIAN: Economy not self-correcting in the SHORT RUN, active fiscal and monetary policies needed to shift AGGREGATE DEMAND toward the full-employment level of output, sticky prices and wages going downward, & more savings = less consumption.

*There are other Keynesian ideas, such as the spending multiplier, that you should know too. But the main difference between the two schools of thought is one focuses on the long run and the other focuses on the short run. Check out my Top 10 Macroeconomics Concepts video for more.

How can I make it give me exact values, as in, with radicals and not decimals. If a is -4.9, b is 17 and c is 1.5. We did it in class and the teacher got radicals by hand and wants that. He said its possible to do on a graphing calculator.
