One day, during the summer of 15', i visited airheads for the first time. I walked in to this place is utter shock at the cleanliness of the place as a whole and the staff looked good as a unit. I smelled the urgency in the air immediately ordering my pop corn and my red cherry slushy which is the perfect combo to get my head in the game for the intense games of dodgeball i was about to play. As i made my way towards the trampolines for my first taste of what being an air head really felt like, i was approached by a handsome, very fit, hispanic young male, with the name of Joshua Green. Greeting me with a huge, "hey bud!" "ready to go get em tiger" "you got this champ!" right off that bat! i was at home, i was at home and i knew this is where i have always belonged. At this point and time i knew my Airheads experience was about to blow any boring boing or rebounderz experience out of the water then some! Joshua green let me know that it was ok and assured me nothing bad could happen on the trampoline with the right steps and procedures being taken place by me the person jumping because my person safety is my own problem. Joshua Green was my security blanket that day, and for that I had the greatest experience I've ever had anywhere at airheads and go every monday and thursday at lunch time. Joshua Green! i hope you see this! <3 thank you!!!

Our family was on vacation and we visited AirHeads and had a fun time. We loved the fact that we could come and go through out the day. The only slight negative was seating at tables for adults. People would place one cup at a table to hold the entire table while often no one every used the table that was being held. That made it hard for a couple to sit and enjoy themselves while their children played.

Insanely boring. Can't do anything except jump up and down. Sign a waiver and cant even do flips or tumbling. Make it better by having a designated area for flipping.

We have been taking our Summer camp kids here for several years now and this year(2015) it is no longer worth it. The party rooms do not have trash cans or working A/C. Kids are not allowed to flip or play in groups. Also, while everyone other field trips allows us to bring extra counselors to supervise at no charge, they told me I should have negotiated this in when I made the reservation. Apparently they give every group a different deal. No problem we will just take our business to Rebounderz or Boing from now on!

Great organization of parties, and good. However, and I am writing in part for my 9 year old son, the "new" rules are absurd. My son told me he does not ever want to go there again. It simply is no fun anymore. I don't know if someone got really hurt at some location so the company freaked out, or if you just got new advice from counsel. Either way, the concern for liability is now to the point where you might as well not be open for trampoline business. You have taken away every reason for me to pay you guys $ rather than jump on our own trampoline in the back yard. By the way, the second to "final straw" was NO JUMPING on the same square. The "final straw" was NO RUNNING.

Paid for four tickets for our entire family to jump together. I have a 4.5 year old with autism and was looking for a family activity we could all enjoy. I called and scoped out the best time to come to avoid crowds. My little one was banded to only be allowed to jump in the baby area. (She's almost 5 but very short). Little did I know I could not bounce with her. I was told I could bounce behind a mesh divider on the other side, but actually no! it was a private party. So basically, I paid about $25 dollars to have to stay in the baby zone and not bounce with my little daughter-- who because of her disability needs plenty of modeling and interaction to take part in an activity. What was most frustrating is that I was not told I could have just gotten a companion band to not have to pay but just stand with her.. When I expressed my frustration to a manager he seemed not to care. He told me to just bounce but not let my feet leave the ground. Sorry but that does not sound like $25 worth of fun for my ticket. Its too bad because bouncing is an awesome activity for many autistic children. Its a great market for them but not if they dont communicate well with parents and understand the basic need of interaction.

Don't bother - called twice & left messages to schedule birthday party & no one bothered to call me back. Apparently they don't need any business. So I called their competition - Rebounderz - at least they answered my call!

AirHeads Trampoline Arena hasn't shared anything with you.

People are more likely to share with you if you add them to your circles.
