This is a bit long but worth your time.   Her closing comments about how this should involve everyone, of both genders, are exactly on point.
This is great. Very well done.

I didn't understand what this meant when I saw someone mention yellow ribbons on dogs a month or so ago.  Good to know and a great idea.
A signal boost for the new year:

This significant price difference is why I still use Kindle over Google Play.  I have price checked a handful of times in the last couple of months and Kindle has been less expensive by far.   I am really curious to see how Google Play will ever compete.

I hope to never lose any of my electronics, but I misplace things all the dang time.  I am counting on this locate feature to work even if you have the sound off on your phone and can't remember where the heck you last set it down ....
This is probably the Android announcement I'm the most excited about this year -- introducing the Android Device Manager! It will launch later this month, and allow you to remotely locate or wipe your device if it's lost or stolen.

Several months ago I wrote up a long post on Google+ with a lot of security tips for Android users. When the Android Device Manager launches I'll be sure to give that article a major update.

There is a message here that unfortunately still needs to be heard and taken to heart by far too many. Delivered by beautiful women and a great song.
I'm proud of my friends who made this, and honoured to be part of it.
