If you want the all-around most pleasant car-buying experience possible, look no further than Audi Lighthouse Point. I had owned my previous Audi for the past 7 years, and switching into a new Audi was going to be bittersweet for me. From the first few moments of interacting with George Mouakar, I knew he had my best interests in mind. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely wants to cater to his customers so they see the love for the Audi brand as much as he does. George took the time to explain every aspect of the new vehicle, answered all my questions, and ensured that this was the most enjoyable time I have ever had getting a new car. He worked tirelessly to meet our terms for the purchase, and for that we are sincerely appreciative. It is evident that George wants to dispel the myths surrounding what the car-buying process is; he made it a truly fun and enjoyable experience. Ron (the general manager) and Chris were also fantastic - they made me feel like a welcome member of the Audi family! The staff at this dealership is welcoming, professional, and an absolute pleasure to interact with. They know their product inside and out and take pride in the brand, which are qualities that I value greatly. I have already received follow-up correspondence, which makes me feel like a valued customer. I will certainly be a long-time customer and will be recommending my friends to them as well!

Words cannot express what a great experience I had dealing with the staff of Lighthouse Point Audi, and, if it is at all within my power, I will be back to purchase my future cars from the same staff. What I loved immediately about this location is the true "family" feel you get when you walk in. Everybody is courteous and wants to ensure the right person is helping you. There was absolutely no pressure. After walking in, being greeted by the receptionist, George came out to assist me within a matter of a minute or two. George, as a car salesman and somebody I came to know over the next few hours, blew away any expectation I could have of a salesperson. He was so friendly, calm, and truly cared for me as a car buyer, and not about any incentives he may have. We went for a test drive- again, the test drive was within my control. However, I felt so comfortable in the car I was test driving, I knew that was the one, and didn't have to test drive for more than five minutes. Back at the dealership, George and the staff knew how badly I wanted this car. While usually this would be a bargaining chip for any other dealer, this was just added incentive to make sure that this car worked for me, and that they would be able to make the financing work for me! I could not believe how badly the staff wanted to make sure I was happy, and felt comfortable with my purchase. George, thank you so much!!! You made my day, week, maybe even year! Everybody at the dealership was extremely nice. The manager came out and greeted me. He did everything in his power to ensure I would be driving the car of my dreams that day. I also dealt extensively with Chris Bucknell, the finance manager. His business card states that he is also an Audi "fan creator." I can see why now! Chris was extremely personable and great to deal with. Just like everybody else, Chris wanted to do what he could to ensure that I would be driving the car of my dreams that day. He even left me with some great new options to add to my music collection. Chris was incredible as well. All in all, I could not have one bad thing to say about this dealership. They truly made car buying a memorable and exciting experience- just like it should be. I am very excited to visit them in their new facility in Fort Lauderdale come July! Thank you for everything!

horrible! my company needs to get 3 cars leased by next week! I have the money and the urgency, and I spoke to a salesman called Andree. he was not only off putting and using a disrespectful tone, but he completely put me off! it was all problems and no possible, no possible... and I al ready have a approved go ahead from another 2 dealers, I just wanted to go with audi... but hey it wont be with this dealer... well done Andree... why don't you look for a job you like? Ben

Taylor Henry is the most knowledgeable and caring service advisor that my wife and I have ever had the pleasure of working with in the more than thirty years of Audi, VW and Porsche ownership. Taylor always follows up and follows through with every detail of every service experience that we have ever had with Audi Lighthouse Point. When we are ready to trade in our 2013 Q7, we will buy our new Audi from Lighthouse Point. And, that decision has been made because of the exemplary service that Taylor Henry has always provided. So this is my first Audi purchase. And my last....why... I bought the A4 2.0 turbo (2014) . The biggest disappointment is Audi Lighthouse Point and what a horrible engineering job Audi did with this make. Driver beware! I have shared with my salesman , the Service advisor , and others there at my shock how horrible the engine is on the A4 .. that turbo lag and the horrible handling qualities when you need to accelerate immediately . The car wants to swerve off the lane. Its dangerous... There reply well it's the front wheel drive on the A4 NOW come on?? I don't think Audi wants everyone to know that this is normal... So do you think other front well drive cars have a problem forcing drivers to beware of possible loss of control issues. The response from the service advisor... techs... other salesman... they just laugh and say that's what you get with that big engine... REALLY... they should be fired. So do yourself a favor and not buy a car here let alone get professional service.

Worst car repair experience. Took over a month to do repairs that 3 other Audi dealers said should have been no more than 2 weeks. Moreover, they agreed to pay for the last weeks of my car rental since even Geico said they had taken too long. They agreed but never paid it, so I ended up paying for the extra days. They do not return calls and are incompetent. Avoid this dealership at all costs!!! You have been warned!

Called at around noon May 16th to see about an SQ5. Salesman said he would get one from storage lot. Said come in an hour he would have it. I called in an hour. No go. He said come at 2:15. I called at 3:04. He said sorry car wasn't there yet. I asked him if he could bring me the car as I would not be able to drive all the way to Sample road in Lighthouse point. He said yes in a few minutes. I called again at 430 He still didn't have car and put me off again. I do not think these guys want to sell cars or particularly know what they are doing or even care. They do not show much regard for your time nor do they proactively call when things aren't happening as promised. First experience with Lighthouse Point Audi was a fail. Avoid.

I was looking for a car for my daughter, Jessica, After making an inquiry on Kelly Blue Book, I received a call from George Mouakar. He was informative, personable, patient, professional and truly looks out for his customers. Unfortunately, due to a mix-up with their sister dealer, Coral Springs Audi, who held the car my daughter wanted, I was unable to purchase the car from him. We will be purchasing another new Audi for my husband, and we will definitely contact George. If you want someone who truly looks out for his customers and a man of integrity, I strongly suggest you ask for George Mouakar. I noticed others have given him five star ratings on other review sites as well. C. Eich.
