Love the staff, they treat you well and know more about games than the other gaming stores that I have shopped at in the past. You always get a friendly conversation about games when they have the time and as a PC gamer I appreciate the fact that many of them are also PC gamers and have a good knowledge of gaming. Being disabled I like that if there is something on the bottom shelf that I want to look at they never cop an attitude about helping me which is something that happens just about every other place I go and ask for help. I honestly can't say enough about this branch (Only one I have been to) They are great and run their Midnight releases in a very efficient but also very fun and friendly manner. I never feel like I am being crammed in and out like just a sale but like I am being treated like a valued costumer.
