If I could leave a lesser star count, I would. Rose lost a $20k+ sale today due to her ridiculousness. We drove in from Indiana to look at an SUV at this dealership. Rose couldn't believe we didn't 'call first' but we didn't see a reason to call first since we were looking at other vehicles in the area as well if this one didn't work out. First problem. We weren't allowed to test drive without Rose going with us & our test drive (two drivers) was approximately 15 minutes. We never got the car over 30mph. Second problem was in the 1 hour we were there, Rose brought up filling out a credit app 14 times ever though we had already told Rose, upon arrival that we had been approved by our credit union prior to the trip up. Third problem was Rose had no interest in letting us take the SUV to an independent mechanic for inspection. I was shocked by this. First we were told it's not common to let out of state people take the car away from the lot alone. Then we were told that we could if we would consent to a credit application. Then we were told that we could if we would leave a $500 deposit. Lastly we were told we could take the car to an independent mechanic if we would just leave our credit card number, and not have it be charged. Do people really consent to this stuff!? We said no way. In addition to all of that, the SUV was absolutely disgusting. According to Rose, someone was driving it. True statement as the SUV more than 1,000 miles than what was listed in the listing. We could of course get past that, but what we couldn't get past was how gross the car was. It was so bad, there was actually food IN THE CD PLAYER!!!! The shifting console was filled with food debris, the shifter was very sticky, the latch to open the center console was sticky and there were used tissue and napkins wadded up in there. There were stains all of the ceiling too. It was absolutely disgusting. I've been in cleaner taxi cabs. Needless to say, we left. Any dealership that puts up that large of a fight to get the car inspected before purchase clearly has a lot to hide. We went down the street to McGrath Audi, worked with Gene and found several options for us. We'll likely be firming a sale up with him soon!

My initial experience with Ashley Renne's via Mekayla Fawn was absolutely wonderful. I had been searching high/low for the perfect dress & they had it. I immediately ordered, & paid for the dress in full. The dress was to arrive in December which would leave me adequate time to get the proper seamstress on my alterations. Unfortunately Ashley Renee's never place my dress order. After a month of 'stories', phone calls & an in person visit to their store, the order was placed in December, four months after paying for it. It was due to arrive in April, and didn't arrive til May. I was mostly concerned about my alterations, but Ashley Renee herself promised me that her seamstress, Lynette would make me a priority. Lynette gave me the run around too. Never even looked at my dress, just constantly told me how busy she was & that I should have started earlier for 'this dress'. That WAS the intention. I'll never use Ashley Renee's for anything again, nor will I suggest friends use them. They are a bunch of irresponsible teenagers without a care in the world. The customer service is non-existent too. I never received an apology for all of the confusion, no offer of any sort of reimbursement & they wouldn't even take my picture with my dress for their Facebook page like they do every single other bride who used them. Very very very disheartening all around. Brides aren't Ashley Renee's target audience, as we aren't returning for future purchases like her pageant clients & this mindset FULLY shows in how she treats people. If you do use Ashley Renee's, please stay on top of them like crazy & request proof of your orders.

I would seriously consider your options before engaging in business with this company. This company has contacted the company I work for at least twice per day everyday this week. Each time they call, they're asking who is in charge of our finances. That is me and I kindly ask them to remove us from their calling list. Without fail I receive at least two more calls the next day from Marshall. The more times he calls, the angrier he is when I request to be removed and instead he hangs up on me, then calls back. I finally used the Caller ID to find out who these people were and contacted them through Skype. Michael answered was obnoxiously rude when I asked to be removed. I very professionally explained the situation to him and he was less than interested in listening to me or removing my company. He said "we'll remove you". I then asked who is in charge of their telemarketing? This guy has no clue who I am, what company I am calling from or even what phone number to remove from the call list. He scoffed at me and again very angrily listened as I said the name and number. Finally I reminded him that Federal law specifically states that when someone wants removed from the calling list, we're entitled to that and he is not in compliance. He became angry again and very unprofessional. I am not at all sure why anyone would think this is a professional or necessary way to get business from others. I realize times are tough right now, but bullying and harassing people into doing business with them? Unacceptable Peisner Johnson Company
