Yikes

"We're here today to deal with a problem that requires immediate action," the vice president said to a roomful of gun control supporters. "The president is going to act. There are executive orders, executive action that can be taken."

Had the garage door spring break during the night and my wife couldn't get out to go to work. I called Aurora Garage Door Repair at about 0830am, and he was at our house by 1000am on a busy day. A Sunday no less, when several other companies wanted to charge insane rates because of the weekend. The garage door was fixed in less than an hour and the technician corrected several issues with the initial installation at the same time. Never felt like the prices weren't anything but reasonable. I would call them again the instant I had a problem with my garage door! Excellent service and polite, professional, employees!

Ordered a piece of medical equipment. Was charged the full price immediately. It never shipped. Cancelled the order after I had to call and see what the holdup was. They put the item on back order. Was promised a credit. Never happened. Now I'm going through the motions to have the charge disputed and paying interest on the second one (bought elsewhere) because I didn't have enough money to purchase and pay off a 600 dollar item, twice. Credit notice by email has now shown up within 24 hrs of disputing the charge. Why that couldn't have happened in the last two weeks without the dispute is anyone's guess.

I would not trust the care of my dogs to anyone else. The facility is clean the staff is very kind. Dr. Weldon is a lovely person and an excellent Veterinarian. She is very thorough so don't be put off by requests for lab work or blood panels because that is her job, the timely and aggressive care of your pet. She recently biopsied a mass on our German Shepherd's chest and found it was cancerous. Her staff managed to squeeze us in the next morning to have it removed. She had managed to remove it and testing confirmed clean edges all around. It had the potential to spread and be much worse, that's the type of aggression I want in a Vet that looks after my pets. Find out what it is and treat it fast and hard before it has a chance to hurt the animal. Earlier this year we were duped by a woman claiming to be a reputable breeder of Pugs. She had quite a convincing act and knew all the right things to say when we asked questions. We wound up with an adorable little puppy who began having severe health issues after only about a month. Dr. Weldon went above and beyond to try and save our small puppy, Riley, even though it would prove to be a losing battle in the end. Eventually we arrived at the point of having to put the puppy down. That's a rough conversation to have with your Veterinarian and as it were we wound up having it via phone after hours. She was kind enough to call back way outside of business hours because I wanted her advice. After Riley's passing we received a card signed by the entire staff and a flower basket shaped like a dog. I don't know if they do that for everyone that suffers a loss but as far as I'm concerned there isn't another Veterinarian I would consider taking my pets to for care. Dr. Weldon and her staff have more than earned our trust, respect, and friendship. We can never thank them enough for helping us through an especially difficult year that saw the passing of a puppy and a potentially terrible illness turn up on another dog. As long as she's practicing Veterinary medicine and we have pets there is no other Veterinarian for us.
