I tried to get a quote over the phone on windshield glass and was given a couple of different options. I guess I must have annoyed the girl on the phone by asking a couple of questions to try to determine which option was the right one for my customer's vehicle, because she copped an attitude with me real fast, and didn't drop it even after I explained that I was only trying to get some clarification so I can be sure the right windshield gets ordered. I really don't know what I did to cross her, but I have never been treated so rudely by someone in a customer service position, but there are other auto glass shops in town that don't treat their customers with such outright hostility. Never again.

First visit, ordered the Puffy Shrimp Tacos and a "Jazzy Palmer" to drink. Both were excellent. The tacos are full of chopped shrimp, tomatoes, onion, red cabbage and cilantro - simple, fresh and very flavorful. Speaking of flavorful, the Jazzy Palmer - a blend of some kind of tea and juice - is worth a trip all on its own. Better than any tea I've had from Starbucks or elsewhere. Food aside, the staff was very friendly(the chef was even courteous enough to come out and thank me for my order), and the service was fast. My only complaint is that I'm going to have a hard time ordering anything else from the on future visits! And there will definitely be future visits.

Not just bad customer service, literally no service at all. Been trying for hours to get in touch and get a busy signal every time, and it seems this has been a problem with location before, judging by reviews. I guess no one at headquarters gives a damn?
