When we feel poorly, there's nothing better than having a day off and staying at home. Home is a safe place where we can lounge on the sofa and rest. It's a haven where we can hide from the world. But how would you cope if you were taken away from your home when you were ill? If you became mentally unwell and a doctor told you, that you had to go into hospital, you didn't have a choice.

Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. There in no 'perfect shape'. Everyone is unique and different, & perfect in their own way! Our uniqueness makes us beautiful.
