In San Julián, Mexico, cladding is installed in wedges on a gold-and-silver-ore storage dome. Opposite wedges are installed concurrently to minimize the wind loads during construction.

Bocamina project update (Chile): This dynamic duo will cover nearly 48,000 m2 (516,000 sq. ft.) of fuel stockpiles. One dome covers 206m x 151m, the other 182 x 179m. Each free-form plan matches its pre-existing coal yard area.

Introducing... the Neuva Andina Crusher Dome

Here's a video (29s) of the project from a bird's eye view.

Covering 2550m2, this Freedome will house the primary crusher station at Codelco's Andina mine. At 60m high, it is designed to shed the 2 tons per square meter (400 psf) of snow that falls at its 3500m above-sea-level location in the Andes.
