Located north of Richmond in Wayne County, Hoosier Hill is Indiana's highest point of natural elevation at 1,257 feet above mean sea level. Although it is privately owned, the owners have made it accessible to the general public. Next to farm fields and near a county road, Indiana's high point is a wooded area with a picnic table, monument, and register.

A great excuse for a day trip. You will be able to say you have been to Indiana's highest point :) For directions, plug in these coordinates: N 40 00’ 04”  W 84 50’ 55”.
