Life Meeting Life

In the Toltec tradition, a Nagual (shaman) guides an individual to personal freedom. In the ancient world, the Toltec viewed the universe as a complex energy system. They believed everything was composed of energy and, further, that all energy has consciousness. In the Toltec view, energy is neither good nor bad; it just is.

Thymus Thump
Would you like more energy and vitality ?  Behind your sternum, or breastbone, sits the thymus gland, also known as the Tarzan Spot.  It is part of the lymphatic immune system and is responsible for maturing infection-fighting white blood cells made in our bone marrow.  Gently thumping the area of your thymus, in the centre of your chest, will increase your life energy, vitality, strengthen your aura, and even reduce allergies. At the same time as doing this Thymus Thump you can  also visualise  the Aquamarine  coloured light of the thymus chakra spilling out and flooding  and healing your whole  immune system! At the same time reapeating to yourself I LOVE MYSELF I LOVE MYSELF. This is your thymus chakra area , the old etheric heart in lots of cultures!  You can at the same time imagine an aquamarine colour infiltrating your whole immune system!

Dr. John Diamond, author of “Life Energy” maintains the thymus gland monitors and regulates the body’s energy flow. Therefore when there is an imbalance in energy flow, the Thymus Thump can help correct it.

It is recommended that you do the Thymus Thump upon waking, especially if you are not a 'morning' person, as this will increase your life energy and bring you into full wakefulness.   After activating the thymus gland, you will feel tingling in this area and / or a feeling of joy or happiness.

Here is how to do the Thymus Thump
Create a loose fist with one of your hands then take a deep breath through your nose, and as you exhale, gently thump the centre of your chest.  As you exhale, say out loud 'I love myself'.  When you say the word 'Love' emphasise this word by thumping a little harder (but still gently, don't beat yourself up!).  You will make 4 gently thumps to complete the sentence, pause long enough to take your next in-breath through you nose, then repeat.  Do this for about 20 seconds.

In times of stress or illness, it is recommended you do this exercise a few times a day

Using lithium atoms, scientists recreated an ancient mathematical symbol that had been seen as far back as the second century in Afghan Buddhist art. The symbol, called the Borromean rings, depicts three rings linked together. If any ring were removed, they would all come apart.

Physicists predicted that particles should be able to form this same arrangement, but no one had been able to achieve it until now. The final realization, announced in December 2009, came 40 years after the prediction.

"Modern Masonry is undeniably the reflection of primeval Occult Masonry, of the teaching of those divine Masons who established the Mysteries of the prehistoric and prediluvian Temples and Initiation, raised by truly superhuman Builders."

God does not care about our personal theology. Our physical beliefs are all rooted in temporary forms and substance; they are all but a passing moment in time. What really matters is experience, spiritual experience. It appears that the purpose of the entire universe is experience—firsthand, gut-wrenching, personal experience. Nothing can replace it. It’s now clear that personal experience is the road to wisdom that we all share.

I do not suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.
