Your tab can run up very quickly here. But it is really worthwhile. The only wine bar in LA that transforms me back to NYC. Very well-prepared food, thoughtful service, and probably the best list of salume in LA. The "private dining room" is very comfortable and more private.

I simply cannot understand any of the less than stellar reviews. I've been several times and every time the food and service was amazing. I have to drive a good distance to get there, but it is worth it. Last night I went with a girlfriend and we sat at the bar and shared 2 appetizers and 2 salads and each dish was so good today I'm beginning plans to celebrate my next birthday there!

Oh, how I love cheese. And this is a great place to get some good ones. Their menu is also wonderful and it's a nice but relaxed ambiance.

for cheese and wine lovers, this is a little gem! their cheese selections are ample and the waiters do a great job at pairing your selection with the perfect wines - we ate so much cheese that we never got to the main course! with reasonable prices and the casual setting, this can easily become a frequent stop!

Best pasta in LA. Fantastic knowledgable service.

The food is overrated. The pappardelle was almost tasteless, the squid was tasteless, the fried chicken too spicy to taste. Certainly not worth the price. And too expensive to be a neighborhood spot. There are much better restaurants in town for the price.
