in the past it was very good. Their BBQ was the best on the k town. but too expensive. Korean bean paste soup was very good too. but recently something changed there as of Jan 2015.

Ripoff...I used to like this place but I just paid $33 for Kalbi ribs to go and got an incredibly small dish of sliced beef. Stay away, there's a thousand Korean BBQ places in a block radius that are a better value. Food is tasty, just not worth the price.

Good Korean BBQ, best we've had in the city. The Kimchi Jeon is also amazing. This is a pretty big restaurant in the Korea Town area, definitely a comfortable place to sit down and enjoy a multi layered meal.

My family has been going to this restaurant for over 20 years. However, no one in our family will ever dine at this place in the future. On Saturday, I was at this restaurant with two of my friends. We had two glasses of wine before entering this place. We had no alcoholic drink afterwards. It turns out one of my friends was taking antibiotics which caused a severe allergic reaction at this restaurant. She basically collapsed in the bathroom and complained difficulties in breathing. I immediately requested the waiter to call 911. He refused because he wanted to protect the restaurant from any possible liability. He said I should call 911 while I was trying to my friend breathe. yes. I had a cell phone. However, I didn't know the exact building address or the exact spelling of the restaurant as it was registered in the system. I also wanted to avoid any confusion over the phone re: the address and wanted the call come from a landline so that 911 can trace the call should there be any confusion in finding the place. Further, I didn't want to leave my friend to make the call. The waiter finally called 911 after my yelling at him to remind him that a "person" was in danger and that we were not trying to make the restaurant responsible for any accident, injury or possible loss. Then he said that I had to leave the restaurant because it's a private place and he had the right to kick me, a paying customer, out. By that time, I had already paid my bill in full. He cursed at me. When I asked his name because there was no manager at site at the time, he refused to give me his name. I somehow managed to take his picture so that I can make formal complaint today. Accidents may occur at a restaurant. Making a call to 911 to report the accident when requested by a customer is a min. service you expect at a restaurant.

After partying the other day in Chelsea we decided to munch on some Korean BBQ delicacies, one of my friend who ate here before recommended us to try this place. I don't what it was, the servers were really mean and provided a very crappy service. We got the BBQ platter with Pork, Chicken and Shrimps. I am no newbie to Korean food, but I happened to ask the server about one of the sides which comes with the platter. He gave this weird look as if I am asking about his age. The server seemed to be in a hurry and in between just forgot that he had meat on the grill and got busy with other customers. The food here is - * Expensive * The quantity is too less for the price * The meat items does taste good at all After that crappy service the server wanted us to leave a very good tip. Dude are you kidding me, I know you provided a crappy service to me and my out of town guests. There is no way I am leaving you a very good tip. Avoid this place at all the costs!!

Food tasted great! Prices were average, and they had a lunch special of $9 for wide variety of noodles / porridge / rice / fried rice dishes, which was nice. The service was very friendly, but I felt that the waiter and waitress rushed us a bit at the end of the meal. Other than that, this place was excellent!

The steak tartare (yukhoe) here is AMAZING - a heaping mound of sliced prime beef tossed table-side with a spicy sauce, egg yolk and asian pears. Yum!!!!
